چکیده
Objective –This study aimed to evaluate the effect ofethanol extract from mung bean sprouts on alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity and malondialdehyde levels in toluene-induced white rats. Methods–This research is an experimental laboratory with a design that post-test only control group using 40 rats (Rattus norvegicus) which were divided randomly into 5 groups, G1 (control without toluene), G2 (900 mg/kg G3 (mung 250 + 900 G4 500 G5 1000 toluene). ALT measurement spectrophotometer method. Measurement of MDA ELISA The data collected will be statistically tested help SPSS significant (p <0.05).Results–The results (p=0.972) (p=0.190) each had no (p>0.05) treatment. Conclusion–It can concluded there was ethanol induced by oral toluene.

Mung Bean (Vigna radiata) Seedlings'
Two forms of Fd-NADP+ oxidoreductase (FNR) isoproteins have been purified and characterized from the first foliage leaves of 5d-old mung bean (Vigna radiata). They could be separated by either Mono Q HR 515 or ferredoxin (Fd)-Sepharose 48 affinity columns. Based on immunoblot analysis and N-terminal amino acid sequences, one form resembles the FNR purified from photosynthetic tissues of higher ...
متن کاملEffect of exogenous ATP on the postharvest properties and pectin degradation of mung bean sprouts (Vigna radiata).
The effects of exogenous ATP on the postharvest quality, browning and softening of mung bean (Vigna radiata) sprouts were evaluated. ATP treatment significantly alleviated the quality loss and browning events during the storage of 3 days. It also reduced the oxidant damage by inducing high activities of peroxidase (9.3-13.9%) and superoxide dismutase (8.8-10.3%) which scavenged the reactive oxy...
متن کاملA review of phytochemistry, metabolite changes, and medicinal uses of the common food mung bean and its sprouts (Vigna radiata)
The seeds and sprouts of mung bean (Vigna radiata), a common food, contain abundant nutrients with biological activities. This review provides insight into the nutritional value of mung beans and its sprouts, discussing chemical constituents that have been isolated in the past few decades, such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, organic acids, amino acids, carbohydrates, and lipids. Moreover, we al...
متن کاملLow Temperature-Induced Cytoplasmic Acidosis in Cultured Mung Bean (Vigna radiata [L.] Wilczek) Cells.
Cold-induced changes in vivo in the cytoplasmic pH of suspension-cultured cells of mung bean (Vigna radiata [L.] Wilczek) were investigated by fluorescence-ratio imaging cryomicroscopy with special reference to the variations in the chilling sensitivity of cells during the growth cycle. Because of the preferential localization of the fluorophore in the cytoplasm under specified conditions and t...
متن کاملTiO2 nanoparticle biosynthesis and its physiological effect on mung bean (Vigna radiata L.)☆
TiO2 nanoparticle (NPs) biosynthesis is a low cost, ecofriendly approach developed using the fungi Aspergillus flavus TFR 7. To determine whether TiO2 NPs is suitable for nutrient, we conducted a two part study; biosynthesis of TiO2 NP and evaluates their influence on mung bean. The characterized TiO2 NPs were foliar sprayed at 10 mgL-1 concentration on the leaves of 14 days old mung bean plant...
